A profitable and successful Data Analytics company has developed AI-based technology and intelligent algorithms for real-time user behavior prediction and large-scale data analysis.
The role Involves managing the Engineering team for the RTB product in Production, which comprises three teams: Production Backend, Full Stack, and DevOps, currently totaling 8 employees with plans to hire 3 more soon.
The tech stack includes Full Stack work in NodeJS and React, backend development in real-time C++ and Python for ML automation of processes, a mix of around 10% hands-on work, business and product perspectives, management skills, integration, and work within a Production environment.
Located in Tel Aviv near the train station, the company offers a blend of remote work.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing 10+ employees in an Analytics/Ad-tech company.
- Working in Production at Scale
- Full stack/backend/big data experience
- Proficiency in Node/Python
