Organizational and Process Improvement Engineer

Job Description:

• Examination and implementation of changes in cross-organizational processes to enhance customer value, performance, and operational excellence.

• Planning and managing complex projects in accordance with work plans.

• Writing guidelines and work processes and implementing them.

• Building and managing engineering models to support organizational needs, such as programs, logistics planning, incentive models, and more.

• Implementing advanced and innovative concepts in the field.

• Working with senior ranks and interfaces within and outside the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an organization and in methods/excellence in operational management/project management in a large organization – mandatory.

• Experience in a consulting company – an advantage.

• Experience working with SAP ERP systems – an advantage.

• Leadership and ability to mobilize people and lead complex processes.

• Business and systemic vision, analytical and process thinking, creative and innovative thinking.

• Teamwork ability.
