Product Manager

NetApp Cloud Innovation Center TLV is where we develop state-of-the-art cloud native storage services (SaaS) for the world’s leading cloud service providers, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. We solve the most critical and complex problems that organizations around the world face today as they transition massive amounts of data and workloads to cloud-centric operations. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong storage technical background and process skills to join our team and continue to build public cloud-native storage services.

Essential Functions

You will:

1. Help execute on defined cloud storage strategy, breaking down vision into an execution plan through a continuous dialog with our strategic customers and various engineering teams
2. Oversee, define, and prioritize product life cycle items, working jointly with professional teams of engineering, UX, solution architects, and 3rd parties or partners.
3. Continuously shape product vision through customer dialog, balancing desired outcomes with core competencies and development costs.
4. Own and report product development plan through monthly sprint cycles while aligning multiple engineering teams
5. Build, communicate and present to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements & Responsibilities

You have:

1. Solid NetApp ONTAP storage knowledge and experience
2. At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B businesses, with preference to large or multi-national companies
3. Solid experience working with customers, understanding pain, and translating to user stories and technical requirements
4. Strong familiarity with public cloud services and storage services (AWS EFS/EBS, Azure Files, Google Cloud File Store, etc)
5. Experience in leading complex and lengthy development planning
6. Excellent inter-personal skills to help navigate through messy dialogs to create process and clarity
7. Software development or strong technical background - advantage
8. Fluent English
9. Work through multiple time zones (US west coast, Israel, India)
