We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Service Specialist for a B2B SaaS sales position. In this role, you will be responsible for sales, client relations, customer support, and collaborations. As part of our boutique team, you will play a significant role in enhancing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for consistently achieving sales targets through effective client engagement, market analysis, and strategic planning while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships to recruit new clients, address their business needs, and increase revenues. Conduct product demos and close deals.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive retention plan for existing customers, incorporating customer satisfaction surveys.
• Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and offering appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Monitor and analyze customers' product utilization, ensuring optimal usage and satisfaction.
• Operate CRM to track client interactions and manage sales pipelines.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Hebrew.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales at a startup or tech company.
• Strong proficiency in CRM software.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
