About the job

As a Data Product Specialist at TASC, you will work with leading business and public sector organizations in order to promote the formation and execution of digital and data product strategies. Our consultants analyze, prioritize and communicate needs and business objectives to relevant stakeholders, thus leading the creation of comprehensive digital, data and IT product strategies. As a Data Product Specialist you will facilitate communication and collaboration between business and engineering/technology stakeholders – mitigating the gaps in perspective and views.

Responsibilities

• Create a feasible, yet visionary, product strategy to balances needs, opportunities and risks
• Define requirements and priorities in collaboration with the team and relevant stakeholders
• Detail a data product roadmap that balances business requirements with technical feasibility and scalability
• Analyze products performance using data skills, while taking under consideration quantitative and qualitative indicators
• Take a productive role within the team, while creating positive engagement with relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in digital, data or technology roles (army experience applies)
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Technical background – Advantage
• Customer experience background – Advantage
• Master’s degree (e.g. MBA) – Advantage
