The Finance Director role in our Finance team offers the chance to lead the financial operations of the company and shape its financial planning and strategy. You will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company as well as possible risks and investments. You will be a significant part of the department, overseeing the Accounting and reporting and Fin-Ops, making sure we move in the right direction and have the best infrastructure and tools to do so, while working hand in hand with our VP of Finance.

About The Role

Take part in all aspects and responsibilities of the finance team, from the basic business obligations, through smart & right planning, considering the expected growth ahead of us.

Provide insights into Tailor's growth strategy based on ad-hoc and analytical business/financial deep dives

Lead, direct, and manage the accounting and reporting, the financial operations, and our financial planning and analysis.

Assess and evaluate our business and financial performance with respect to SaaS KPIs, revenues, cash management, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets

Oversee the investors and management periodical reporting packs

Manage all equity-related matters, including cap table, option plans etc.

Interact with other departments to provide consultative support for planning initiatives through financial analysis, reports, and recommendations

Work with the Company’s external auditors and ensure the timely and accurate filing of the Company’s financial reports

Take the lead on all tax and compliance matters

Implement policies, procedures, and processes to support the company’s scale.

Enhance and implement financial and accounting system processes, tools, and controls

Requirements:

CPA license, with Big 4 experience - Must

Prior experience working as head of the

• finance team in at least one venture-backed technology software startup with a SaaS business model and digital marketing experience
