Support person requirements

Technologies that provides strategic customer service is expanding into the international market and is looking to expand its support and service team.

We are looking for people with a high sense of service, excellent human relations and team players.

Requirements:

Has a high sense of service

Ability to work together

Ability to work independently

Mastery of the English language (working with clients abroad)

Possibility to work in shifts and shifts outside of working hours

Good familiarity with Microsoft office (mainly Excel/Word)

Advantage: Familiarity with SQL (DB)

Advantage: technical background (experience installing computers/servers/software)

Advantage: experience working with Priority
