About The Content Intelligence Team

We are looking for talented individuals to join our Content Intelligence team in the Central Tech department. Our team focuses on building the Content Platform, where we process millions of images and texts every day. We enhance this data with machine learning capabilities to improve our customers' experience. This includes selecting and displaying the right images and reviews when they book their next vacation. Additionally, we are working on the GenAI project - The AI Trip Planner.

In this role, you will collaborate with our top engineers and data scientists to develop and enhance the GenAI project. Your work will involve building, training, and deploying content models using advanced technologies and models like Computer Vision, NLP, and Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms that provide content insights and generative AI applications
• Evaluate architecture solutions based on business requirements, emerging technologies, and scalability
• Contribute to the development of generative models for creative content generation, Q&A, translation, and other innovative applications
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems
• Ensure flawless deployment and efficient model inference in real-time environments
• Maintain clean and scalable code, ensuring reproducibility and easy integration of models into production environments
• Collaborate with diverse teams including product managers, data scientists, and analysts to translate business requirements into machine learning solutions
  
  

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for driven individuals who enjoy problem solving, initiating discussions, and believe in scaling challenges with the right mindset and tools.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java
• Experience with cloud frameworks like AWS SageMaker and TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Experience with big data processing frameworks like Pyspark or Apache Flink
• Experience with data at scale using MySQL, Pyspark, Snowflake, or similar frameworks
• Proven experience with MySQL, Cassandra, DynamoDB, or similar databases
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and data structures
• Experience in deploying large-scale language models like GPT, BERT, or similar architectures - an advantage
• Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using tools like NumPy, pandas, and matplotlib - an advantage
• Experience with experimental design, A/B testing, and evaluation metrics for ML models - an advantage
• Experience of working on products that impact a large customer base - an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
