Senior Customer Onboarding Technical Support Specialist

Job Requirements:

JavaScript Knowledge:

• Proficiency in JavaScript to effectively troubleshoot and provide support in a web environment.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Prebid Experience (Advantage):

• Previous experience with Prebid is advantageous, demonstrating a familiarity with the platform and its integration processes.

Customer Orientation:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions.

Monetization Web Environments:

• Experience and proficiency in supporting monetization web environments, including expertise in platforms such as Prebid, Google GAM (Google Ad Manager), and Amazon APS (Amazon Publisher Services).

Collaboration and Integration:

• Ability to work collaboratively with the technical teams of clients to facilitate a successful integration process.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients' technical teams, understand their requirements, and ensure seamless integration of the online service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience from 5+ years in a technical support role, preferably in a web environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ad tech and online advertising concepts is a plus.
