Financial Products specialist

We're Agora, an early-stage Fintech startup based in TLV on a mission to revolutionize the way Real Estate firms and investors manage their capital. Our Investment Management software help companies raise and preserve more capital by automating their back-office operations, increasing their investors' satisfaction, and providing them with advanced tools for better marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payment operations, ensuring smooth and efficient payment processing for customers and partners.
• Monitor payment activities, investigate anomalies, and take proactive measures to maintain high transaction success rates.
• Collaborate with payment partners to optimize payment processes and expand payment options.
• Provide excellent customer support by resolving issues related to financial products from both internal teams and external customers.
• Build strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and offer tailored financial solutions.
• Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration of our financial products.
• Educate internal teams on payment processes, best practices, and industry updates.
• Oversee the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for our customers.
• Collaborate with the finance team, to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Implement billing automation and process improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Develop and present comprehensive reports to relevant stakeholders, informing decision-making processes.
• Client Expansion: You will play a pivotal role in our cross-sell efforts, you will work with the Sales and CS departments to assist and support the sales and cross-sell processes and help expand existing clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with financial institutions, payment processors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners to explore new product opportunities, expand market reach, and enhance existing financial products.
  
  

• Proven experience as a Payments Specialist or in a similar role within the fintech industry.
• In-depth knowledge of payment processing technologies, including ACH, International Wires, card networks, and currency exchange.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners/customers.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in payment processing and reporting.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Understanding of payment compliance, regulatory standards, and data security.
