Atriis is an innovative and fast-growing B2B SaaS startup, at the forefront of revolutionizing the travel tech industry. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Global HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our company culture and driving our talent acquisition and HR management strategies. As a hands-on HR leader, you will have the opportunity to be deeply involved in the operational processes and make a significant impact on our organization's growth. This is a stand-alone HR role, so you will get involved in everything from employment and office administration to strategic planning and you’ll need a true hands-on approach to be successful.
Responsibilities:
As a Global HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at Atriis, your role will be diverse and encompass a wide range of responsibilities. You will serve as the go-to person for all HR-related matters across all the countries in which Atriis has staff (including Israel and Portugal), providing expert guidance and support to the organization and ensuring that all employment is administered effectively in all countries.
Your main responsibilities will include*:
- Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and execute effective talent management strategies, including recruitment and selection, training and development, and performance management for our tech workforce.
- Proposing, developing, and implementing HR projects and initiatives focused on fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee experience, increasing employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention, and promoting a high-performance culture
- Proposing, developing, and implementing global HR policies and procedures aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, taking into consideration differences in legal requirements and cultural expectations in all countries.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety rules, in all countries. Working with Employers of Record as required to ensure local compliance. Staying up to date with changes in labor laws and regulations and updating HR policies and procedures accordingly.
- Overseeing and continuously improving the global talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, hiring onboarding, and induction. Designing selection processes, conducting interviews, and creating competitive employment offers and packages for successful candidates.
- Managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and bonuses, for all countries.
- Monitoring training needs and developing employee training programs.
- Leading employee relations across the organization. Promoting and undertaking effective conflict management and resolution when necessary. Enforcing company policies and leading disciplinary procedures.
- Developing, implementing, and managing performance management systems to set expectations, track employee performance, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Managing the implementation of an HRIS to streamline HR processes and ensure accurate data is held. Managing all employee and contractor records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Completing all employment administration efficiently and effectively and ensuring that all employees and contractors are paid accurately each month.
- Leveraging HR metrics and data analytics to provide insights to tech leaders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Streamlining the company’s business travel programs, including establishing and maintaining the company's travel policy.
- Conducting employee surveys and analyzing results to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Engaging in project management to devise new HR strategies.
- Managing HR budgets and providing reporting on HR activities to the HR Director and senior management.
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Look after the employee welfare and the IL office needs.
- Facilitate and coordinate All-Hands, company gatherings and team building activities.
