The Talent Acquisition Manager will join our people team in Tel Aviv and lead our recruiting efforts across all functions in Israel.

As our Talent Acquisition Manager you will be handling the recruiting process from start to finish, including identifying and attracting exceptional candidates, creating diverse pipelines, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and partnering with all levels of leadership and managers at our organization.

What you will do:

• Manage the full life cycle of hiring processes in Israel and APAC
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
• Source and attract candidates for current and future Global positions using creative and diverse sourcing methods
• Maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
• Screen and interview candidates against position specifications and provide in-depth feedback about the candidates
• Provide a great candidate experience at every step
• Define and monitor hiring KPIs to ensure recruiting efficiencies and identify areas for improvement
• Upgrade processes around our ATS system (we currently use Greenhouse), stay up to date on features, and maintain data integrity
• Utilize data to drive process improvement and high-quality decision-making
• Develop and organize special HR and recruitment initiatives, such as meetups, diversity programs, students' job fairs, Hackathons and more
• Take on Talent Acquisition and HR passion projects - anything to get us analytics around what is going on in the market and what we can do to improve our candidate and internal interviewing experience
  
  

What you'll bring to the table:

• At least 3 years experience as a recruiter for technical roles
• Prior experience recruiting for rapidly growing organizations, including process, strategy and metrics
• Pleasant, kind, dedicated and hardworking personality
• Great communication skills and customer service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline oriented environment
• Passion for figuring things out and always seeking ways to improve results
• Intellectually curious, self-motivated and an independent learner
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (we currently use Greenhouse)
• Knowledge of out of the box social media sourcing strategies, LinkedIn recruiter, universities, and niche job boards
• A true team player
• Verbal and written skills in English
