We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to help drive execution and excellence within our growing engineering group.

In this role, you will work on a variety of challenges from high-level strategic planning to tactical process optimizations.

You will be utilizing your technical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills to partner with leaders from across the organization helping them deliver high-quality products at scale.

Responsibilities

• Help the team and stakeholders maintain full visibility into the progress of critical initiatives
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in all stages of the product development lifecycle, assisting our engineering managers in resolving them and delivering on schedule
• Facilitate roadmap and strategic planning processes with our engineering and product management teams
• Work with engineering managers to identify and manage cross-team dependencies
• Ensure continuous improvement across all engineering processes
• Generate key metrics that will provide visibility into the engineering processes
• Master and drive tools management and administration (e.g. Jira, Monday)
• Identify collaboration and innovation opportunities across teams and groups
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program/project management experience
• Technical development/QA background: advantage
• Knowledge of development methodologies Kanban, Agile
• Knowledge of SW/Project Management Tools
• Excellent communication skills. Able to concisely communicate verbally and in writing
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive mindset
• Collaborative and ‘can do’ attitude
• Strong analytical skills, ability to quickly understand technical concepts and dive into the details of complex projects
• B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent
• High proficiency in English
