are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and innovative culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Content Development:
- Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
- Coordinate content creation, editing, and distribution to maximize reach and impact.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and optimize social media accounts to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to support marketing objectives.
- SEO/SEM:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google AdWords and other platforms.
- Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Manage subscriber lists and continuously optimize email campaigns for better engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
- Optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI across different channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 8 years as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in planning and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
