Atera is looking for a Senior and motivated DBA to join us.

In this position,, some primary responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining database infrastructures, using database technologies (SQL, No-SQL, Elastic), monitoring production performance and stability, and producing scalable solutions to existing and new technologies.

This is a full-time and onsite (hybrid-remote) role at our Tel Aviv office.

Atera is looking for Analytics Team Leader to join the team! As the Analytics Team Leader at Atera, you will play a pivotal role in leading our high-quality data team. Reporting to the Head of Data, you will take charge of the Analytics operations, overseeing a unique team of analysts responsible for researching and investigating existing revenue activities and future revenue-generating plans. As the owner of revenue business data at Atera, you will contribute significantly to shaping our company's strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of exceptionally talented analysts.
• Drive data research, exploration, and business insights using your exceptional understanding of data methodologies, processes, and operations.
• Leverage your team's insights and organizational processes to foster a data-driven decision-making culture within the company, utilizing top-notch analytical tools and Machine Learning models.
• Collaborate with various teams (including Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Marketplace, Product, Finance, and R&D). Enhance processes that meet their needs, providing proactive and responsive insights that shape Atera's revenue strategies, KPIs, roadmap, and overall business success.
  
  

• Proven experience in various data analytics positions within SaaS, B2B, B2SMB, or B2C web product companies on a large scale.
• 3+ years of managerial experience, specifically managing analytics teams.
• 5+ years of work experience as a data\ business\ product analyst
• BA/B.Sc. in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, Psychology, or another quantitative field.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in querying large, complex data sets.
• Experience with data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Methodological thinker with a strong strategic and analytical approach, creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Work experience with Data Scientists and ML models - a plus
