• Fundraising and manage the investors relationship.
• Lead the marketing and user aquisition.
• Cold calling and outbound lead generation
• Be responsible for the strategy, growth and overall success of the company.
• Create, manage and inspire your own high-performing marketing, tech & creative team.
• Manage all aspect of the business
• Develop annual marketing plans, including targets and metrics.
• Structure and follow product budget to compete with global players and grow ROI positive business.
• Act quickly and show your “can-do” attitude.

We Expect You To (Required)

• Experience in sales or business developement
• Experience in one of the following: Sales or Fund Raising.
• Expereince with cold calling and outbound lead generation
• Sales Cycle Ownership: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, demonstrating a strong hunter mentality.
• Have a good understanding of digital/Online marketing.
• Build and drive the company’s strategy while achieving financial company’s goals.
• Have a real founder personality. Have no fear of failing. Be an ambitious dreamer.
• Be sharp-minded and results-driven.
• Goal-oriented team player with excellent presentation skills.
• Must have a proven record of establishing, building client relationships.

Compensation

• No cash compensation in the first few months (until fund raising)
• Great entrepreneurial position within a start-up with international ambitions.
• You become a Co-founder with an option to be the CEO, which means that the goal is that you become more than an employee.
• As a Co-Founder, You will obtain a substantial share percentage (Equity)
