Responsibilities

• Become the main point of contact for Tango's affiliate program
• Search and onboard partners
• Make deals and manage partners
• Monitor and analyze performance, track key metrics, and optimize activity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with overall marketing objectives
• Stay on top of competitor's analysis in the market and identify new growth opportunities
• Search for solutions to increase the current envelope and the volume of attracted customers
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing/ partner management
• Proven track record in building, managing, and scaling successful affiliate/partner programs
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tools in the market
• Strong negotiation skills
• Both Hebrew and English level as a native or highly fluent - Speaking and writing
• Comfortable in a highly technical environment - MUST
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
• An effective multi-tasker that can work on multiple projects simultaneously
• An independent individual who likes to learn and initiate to drive results
• A good understanding of digital marketing as a whole - both web and app marketing
  
  

• People's person with great communication.
• Experience working with Impact as a platform, SRN marketing platform, and Office Suite (Excel).
• Experience working with attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Know other foreign languages - Russian or Arabic is another plus
