Business Intelligence Manager

Join our team as the BI Manager, leading a team of approximately 7 BI professionals.

Drive BI solutions within the company, crafting a strategic vision and implementing suitable technological tools.

Spearhead innovative cloud solutions for BI-related business domains, overseeing various BI tasks across different information systems and managing multiple BI tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, Oracle DWH, and Sap BO.

Responsibilities also include overseeing external development teams, analyzing and developing BI systems tailored to internal business needs, and providing services to various company departments.

Monitor and control the execution of work plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, performance quality, and offering guidance.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customer needs analysis and close integration with parallel projects. This position is based at our headquarters in Petah Tikva.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading BI teams.

- Experience with a wide range of BI methods and tools, including cloud solutions.

- Project management experience in DATA and BI projects throughout the project lifecycle (E2E).

- Experience in ETL processes and Data Warehousing (DWH).

- Team management experience in an agile setting.

- Ability to identify and define needs with senior ranks in the organization (directors and CEOs).

- Experience in managing employees and suppliers.

- Experience with visualization tools (Qlik Sense/Tableau) is an advantage.

- Experience working with UX/UI professionals is a plus.

- Familiarity with various business processes is an advantage. Significant experience in manufacturing companies is highly beneficial.
