Senior Product Manager (Products and Experiences)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, and highly motivated Product Manager with a strong background in user experience to join our product team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes new challenges every day.

What will they do:

• Product Strategy: Developing and owning the product strategy, vision, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Continuously identifying market trends and opportunities for product improvement.
• User-Centric Design: Leading the design process to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. Collaborating closely with our product designer to craft seamless product interfaces.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, to drive the product from concept to launch. Ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions and drive product improvements. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting user research to validate assumptions.
• Product Launch and Iteration: Overseeing product launches and post-launch iterations. Gathering and analyzing user feedback to make iterative improvements, and ensuring product releases are timely and successful.

Requirements:

• 7 Years of Product Management Experience, with a focus on user experience and interface design.
• User-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated experience in creating products with a strong emphasis on user-centric design principles. A deep understanding of user research, user testing, and usability principles.
• Technical Acumen: Strong technical understanding, enabling effective communication with engineering teams. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience in strategic product thinking with the ability to understand product goals, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on the impact on people and the company.
• Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and articulate a compelling product vision.
