Employees Experience Manager

We're looking for an Employee Experience Manager to join our team!

This role will involve managing the employee experience plan at RADA as a vital part of the HR team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the Employee Experience (EE) Yearly Plan, including development, oversight, and execution.
• Monitor employee feedback and adapt EE initiatives accordingly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee requests, questions, and consultations.
• Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand diverse needs.
• Oversee the purchase cycle for all HR activities, from purchase requests to invoice receipt.
• Provide support in training administration as required.
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in managing welfare/employees experience.
• Experience working in a high-tech company.
• Strong multi-tasking skills in managing projects and initiatives within the high-tech sector.
• Curiosity, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Great interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Team player.
• A dedicated project manager with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale events.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English and Hebrew.
