About The Role

As a Marketing specialist, you’ll be at the frontline of our marketing strategy. Building a brand requires join effort between product, sale, tech and marketing. You’ll be directly working side by side to co-founders to plan and execute our growth strategy.

You’ll coordinate online and offline customer acquisition strategies such as events, business partnerships and networking but most importantly you’ll learn how to spot interesting trends, create relevant content for all our distributions channels (podcasts, newsletters, blog & social media). You’ll manage our online presence to build our brand.

This is a unique opportunity to become a core contributor and learn about the crypto ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Assist and coordinating the marketing strategy with the founders
• Managing relationships with our key clients → drive upsells
• Create and managing our inbound strategy mixing SEO and growth tactics → Drive more inbounds
• Manage our social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Medium) with writing, editing & designing relevant posts → Drive more website sessions
• Manage our blog & grow our WhatsApp community of CFOs & newsletter → Drive more website sessions
• Assisting the founding team with market research, communication materials & presentations for prospects
• Organizing events & assisting in participation’s to networking summits
  
  

We don’t care about a specific degree for that role but you will be an excellent candidate if you have these;

• 2+ years of experience in marketing/growth
• Having a previous growth/content in a startup experience is a must and in a fintech/web3 related industry is a must
• knows how to work with tools like GA, Semrush and Buffer
• are insanely curious about crypto, fintech, payments or the fintech space in general and extremely well organized
• Have experience in managing the content creation cycle on multiple channels
• Have contributed to manage social accounts (LinkedIn/Twitter) with regular posts & relevant content
