Billing Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Billing specialist. 

Responsibilities - 

• Manage the billing cycle process end to end, from invoicing to collection.
•  Ensure billing cycles and AR balances are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Proven ability to review invoices and payments on accounts and demonstrate good Judgement in resolving discrepancies and cleansing data.
• Preform credit card clearing reconciliation.
• Perform other bookkeeping tasks as required.
• Assist with the month/quarter/year end process and variety of tasks.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Billing Specialist/Collection Specialist/Accounts Receivable Specialist or a similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience in High-tech/start-up companies - An advantage.
• Experience with NetSuite - An advantage.
• Certified bookkeeper level 2 - An advantage.
