We are looking for an experienced Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our marketing team and be part of our growth. The right candidate should have a track record in managing successful mobile app campaigns on social networks, be a creative thinker with an understanding of how to create great ads and know how to make decisions and solve problems along the way.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Grow, manage, optimize, and maximize ROI on paid marketing channels.

- Optimize top-of-funnel conversions by A/B testing different strategies, creative types, and more.

- Identify, plan, test, and implement new user opportunities.

- Create insightful, data-driven decisions that drive overall ROAS growth.

- Work closely with the content and design team to provide winning creatives.

- Identify relevant trends and marketing opportunities by thinking “out of the box” and bringing new ideas to the table.

Must-Have:

- 3+ years of experience managing $300k+ budgets mobile-app performance campaigns on Facebook/Tiktok and other social networks.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field ( Advantage to a degree in quantitative field).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations ( BI, Amplitude, or the like).

- Creative and effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive "can-do" attitude and a passion for both marketing and analytics.

- Fluent verbal and written English skills.
