Vishay Migdal Ha’Emek is currently seeking applicants for IT Manager, In this position the successful candidate will be drive the high-performance systems and infrastructure on the site & Team. They will work with an experienced IT team to develop leading solutions for the computing system. This is a senior role with the opportunity to create real impact within the organization and build a promising career.

Job Location:

Migdal Ha'Emek is located in the northern part of Israel.

The factory in Migdal Ha'emek was established in 1996 and has about 300 employees, most of whom produce capacitors that are embedded in various industries: Automotive, Telecom, Computers, Medical, Military, etc.

What You Will Be Doing

• To manage and drive the IT Technological projects results with focus on high-performance.
• To work closely with internal functions to develop and implement projects strategy for new and existing systems.
• To Work directly with external and Internal customers to foster partnerships, listen to their needs, and define roadmap with differentiated solutions.
• To collaborate with internal interfaces to define needs which deliver new projects needed by the teams.
• To Work closely with system applications and design teams to ensure technical product requirements are defined.
• To analyze and comprehend data and competitive landscape to ensure success of projects strategy and differentiation.
  
  

What You Will Bring Along

• Management skills, building work plans and determining work orders.
• Experience in dealing with multiple interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good coaching and mentoring skill.
• 3 years relevant experience in team and projects management.
• 5 years relevant experience in IT systems plans, set up, maintenance and troubleshoot.
• Work experience in Service Management systems.
