As the Data Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of BI developers and data analysts.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end Data Warehouse projects.

Effective communication with non-technical medical professionals is integral to the success of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of BI developers and data analysts. Oversee the daily activities, workload, and performance of the team.
• Manage end-to-end Data Warehouse projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
• Continuously assess and optimize BI solutions for performance and effectiveness.
• Design and implement Data Warehouse architecture to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ETL development and front-end BI tools.
• At least 2 years of experience in a management role, overseeing BI or data teams.
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end Data Warehouse projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical medical professionals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Experience with Microsoft BI tools (SSIS, SSRS, Power BI) - An advantage
• Knowledge of AI and ML concepts, with hands-on experience in leading such projects - An advantage
