Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across diverse platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Stay abreast of social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Content Creation: Generate innovative, high-quality content that resonates with our audience. This includes crafting visually appealing posts, videos, and stories by capturing behind-the-scenes moments at workshops and creating educational videos about the fascinating world of diamonds.

Brand News Updates: Stay informed about the brand's latest developments, such as new collections, special events, and industry insights. Effectively communicate these updates through compelling social media content.

Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community around the Leibish brand. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and actively participate in conversations related to our industry.

Editorial Calendar: Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent online presence, aligning posts with crucial company events, product launches, and industry trends.

Photography and Videography: Capture captivating photos and videos beyond the office environment, showcasing our products, services, and brand in visually appealing ways.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, participating in photoshoots and providing valuable content for social media. Showcase the company's values, culture, and insights through collaborative efforts.

Additional Responsibilities:

Email Marketing: Create engaging email marketing campaigns to connect with our audience.

Review Management: Monitor and manage customer reviews, ensuring a positive online reputation.

Reddit and Quora Engagement: Participate in relevant discussions on Reddit and Quora, establishing our brand presence.

Website Article Publishing: Contribute to the company's website by publishing informative and engaging articles.

Basic SEO Tasks: Implement basic SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and search engine rankings.

Qualifications:

A native English speaker is a must.

Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the luxury or jewelry industry (Portfolio requested).

Strong understanding of social media platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in Email Marketing is a plus.

Keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Demonstrated creativity and the ability to think outside the box.

Ability to capture high-quality photos and videos.
