Anodot is looking for a charismatic and skilled Sales Development Representative who excels in engaging potential clients through quick, compelling conversations and effective messaging. The ideal candidate should be a natural 'people person' with a heart for sales, able to capture attention and generate interest quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage potential clients through targeted messaging and swift, impactful conversations.
• Create eye-catching posts and intriguing messages that draw attention and curiosity.
• Initiate short, effective conversations that pique interest and lead to sales meetings.
• Understand and confidently use technical language relevant to our industry.
• Proactively generate leads and connections independently, beyond the provided lead lists.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer engagement roles.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A natural ability to connect with people and spark interest in our offerings.
• Comfort with technology and technical terminology.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to build relationships independently.

Technical Proficiencies:

• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn for networking and lead generation.
• Familiarity with other sales enablement tools and platforms.

Preferred:

• At least one prior role in a sales or customer engagement capacity.
