Dentologie isn’t your parent’s dentist office. We know our patients are busy, and scheduling a dental appointment is low on their priority list. Our founders (three life-long friends and dentists!) wanted to make the process as easy as calling a car or sending a text. We’ve created an app that allows you to easily schedule an appointment in our amazing offices that are located just down the street from where you live.
Our combination of industry changing technology and personable/affordable care makes us truly unique, and we’re growing quickly. Located throughout Chicago, we have opened nine dental office locations with plans to double in size over the next two years. To support our incredible growth, our team has grown to over 190 employees.
The Human Resources Business Partner (based in our Chicago HQ) will provide day-to-day professional HR support and policy administration to all Dentologie clinics in the greater Chicago area. The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to and carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Employee Relations, Training and Development, Benefits, Wellness, Compensation, New Hire Orientation, Performance and Talent Management. You will also be expected to promote/engage in employee culture at Dentologie by leading with a positive and professional demeanor.
