Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Engineering Manager. The Quality Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing all quality control, quality management, and quality assurance activities at the company. They will also be responsible for managing supplier quality and engineering management activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Quality Engineering Manager will work closely with the project management team to ensure that quality standards are met throughout all stages of the project.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Quality Control, Quality Management, and Quality Assurance for LRT / Railway proejcts - 5 years min'- A must
• Experience in managing Supplier Quality and Engineering Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid knowledge and experience in quality systems such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and other regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree and relevant certifications (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) are beneficial
• Proven experience in managing quality assurance activities in construction projects is a plus
