Objectives And Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide R&D activities and systems and lead a development team.
• Lead the design, build, and management of a secure, scalable and resilient payment system infrastructure.
• Initiate and implement enterprise architecture best practices.
• Collaborate with product management and other Oobit units to define, prioritize and execute the unit roadmap.
• Oversee and perfect the quality of code while building teams that are built for scale.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering roles, involving Full-stack or backend experience at scale, working within a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment.
• Experience in designing scalable architectures based on cloud providers.
• Strong communication skills in a highly collaborative environment.
• High Analytical and troubleshooting skills - ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong knowledge of PHP with expertise in Laravel framework and Linux-based server environments.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or related technical certificate.
• Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
• Must be fluent in English.
