Head of Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of HR to join the design center of an international company based in Yokneam.

As Head of HR, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the company's HR strategy and initiatives.

Among your responsibilities will be:

· Develop and implement HR strategies and policies: Hiring policy, Performance management policy, Compensation and benefits policy, Training and development policy, Employee relations policy and more.

· Recruit, select, and onboard talents: This includes developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

· Lead performance management processes: This includes setting performance goals, providing feedback, and feedback mechanisms.

· Compensation and benefits: This includes developing compensation plans, administering benefits programs, and resolving employee compensation disputes.

· Training and development. This includes providing training opportunities for employees, developing career development plans, and managing employee learning and development programs.

· Employee relations. This includes handling employee complaints, resolving workplace conflicts, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies, harassment, and privacy.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

· Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in the technology industry.

· In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

· Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of successfully managing and developing HR teams.
