About The Role

As Product Manager at Igentify, you play a critical role in increasing the accessibility and impact of the company's platform. You drive the creation of unique features that cater to the changing needs of clinicians, laboratories, and patients while collaborating with diversified teams. You play a critical part in transforming market insights into real solutions, eventually driving Igentify's objective to make genetic information a strong tool in personalized healthcare, from setting the product roadmap to prioritizing crucial features.

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

• Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap
• Translating product strategy into detailed requirements.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Work closely with R&D team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Build awareness and understanding of the product inside and outside of the company.
• Make sure that the product requirements are compliant with regulations.
  
  

• At least 2-3 years experience in product management of software systems
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• Experience in working in agile process
• Experience in medical devices – advantage
• Experience in genetic/genomic systems - advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  
  

• Experience in a startup environment - preferred
• Additional languages skills e.g. French and Spanish
