Talent Acquisition and HR Manager

Job type: Part-time job (Four days a week: 9:00- 15:00 Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

General Description

·        Managing end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, publishing, interviewing and evaluations

·        Serving as CEO and the GM right hand on all HR and management aspects

·        Building and maintaining operational HR and Recruitment methodology: analysis of recruitment processes, benefits packages, compensations, retention and performance plans

·        Mentoring and training management on recruitment, performance, team building and HR processes

·        Building and managing welfare programs and events from planning to execution including budget, vendor management, agenda, branding, logistics, etc.

·        Manage office supplies and budget.

What you will need:

·          At least 1-2 years' experience as a Recruiter/ HR (placement companies or organizations)

·          Relevant Behavioral Science university/ collage Degree

·          Great interpersonal skills

·          Proven knowledge in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn

·          Labor Law Knowledge Skills

·          Excellent interpersonal skills, be happy, smile and bring a positive attitude

·          Ability to work independently and cooperate well with colleagues

·          Results-orientation and time management skills

·          Fluency in English

·          Creativity and ability to think "outside the box”

Would be great if you have:

·          Prior relevant AD Tech experience
