Senior User Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage large scale user acquisition campaigns, primarily on Google Search, but also on other platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and affiliate marketing.
• Employ strong analytical skills to adopt a data-driven approach for campaign optimization.
• Demonstrate expertise in funnel conversion and landing page optimization, including initiating and conducting A/B tests.
• Showcase creative abilities in optimizing marketing messages and visuals, including banners and videos.
• Lead and implement growth projects from inception to completion.
• Maintain high attention to detail and excellent communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
• Uphold a growth mindset and think outside the box for innovative solutions.

• 4+ years of experience in managing user acquisition campaigns ($200k+ per month).
• Profound knowledge and expertise in Google Search campaigns, with experience in other acquisition channels.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience in funnel and landing page optimization.
• Exceptional creative skills in marketing message and visual optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and execute growth initiatives.
• Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills.
