As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be the org focal point to all recruitment related subject and will be initiating projects to promote your hiring agenda.

** Temp for 6 months with option to extend, 4 days attendance at Office

As part of your role you will be in charge of:

• Owning the recruiting process end-to-end, from sourcing to HR interviews, contracts, while keeping the candidate experience as a top priority
• Leading and training managers on effective recruitment processes
• Promoting positions in numerous channels, including hands on sourcing to relevant positions
• Leading and initiating recruitment projects within the company
• The position is hands on, while keeping strategic mindset

Requirements:

• Experience in hiring Technical roles – Must
• Experience in leading recruitment process end to end as a main focal pint - at least 5 years
• Experience in leading the HR behavioral interviews - at least 5 years
• High level of English, Verbal and Written - Must
• Hybrid mode includes attendance at the office 4 days a week
