Head of HR & Operations

We're looking for an experienced, self-driven, and passionate HR & operations manager to join us on our mission to solve the root impediments that exist for business people to make more profitable decisions with far greater ease.

As the Head of HR & Operations at our fast-growing startup, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture, and ensuring our operational processes are streamlined and effective.

As Head of HR & Operations, you will:

HR

• Develop, implement, and execute HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures that support the business goals of the company.
• Develop the recruitment strategies of the company and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Recruit and manage the HR team.
• Support the Leadership team and all the managers on day-to-day people related matters including performance conversations, retention, and other organization matters.
• Implement performance management, onboarding and employee experience processes.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with Israeli labor laws and regulations.
  
  

• Implement and manage operational processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage all workspace related matters and plan space growth across multiple locations
• Manage office operations - from IT equipment to supplies.
• Provide operational support to management, helping with vendors and legal council collaboration.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Implement technology solutions to improve operational workflows.
• Oversee budgeting and reporting for operational expenses.
  
  

• 3+ years of proven experience as an HR & operations leader in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment directly reporting to C level management.
• Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies that support business growth.
• Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and building high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated experience in performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR operations.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strategic and deep thinker with a data-driven mindset, analyzing HR metrics and leveraging insights to drive decision-making.
