Employee Engagement Representative-Temp Position (2998)

We are looking for an Employee Engagement Representative for Biosense Webster, a global company leading in the diagnosis and treatment of heart rhythm disorders, and part of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies.

Responsibilities include:

Initiating, operating, and administrating the employee engagement program, including social and departmental events.

Working with external suppliers, including vendor identification, price proposals, and managing negotiations, contracts, and control.

Involvement in community contributions within the company.

Supporting visits from international guests.

Requirements:

Academic degree.

Administrative role background - mandatory, experience in the welfare field - a significant advantage.

Experience in providing services to employees in an organization.

Affinity for graphic design and the ability to work with basic programs in the field.

Good command of English.

Quick learner, organized, and detail-oriented.

Experience with SAP system - an advantage.

Advanced Excel skills.
