Director of Engineering

We’re looking for an experienced, senior developer to build and lead the R&D team.

Team and project management experience is a must.

The main stack is based on the Cosmos SDK, which is written in Golang.

You:

• A senior Golang developer with at least 3 years of experience in developing and delivering code to production
• Possess blockchain and crypto experience, preferably building fintech protocols
• Managed a team of at least 5 individuals
• Recruited, tested, and vetted developers in the past
• Comfortable with remote workers
• Thriving in a startup environment

Technical skills:

• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies and concepts
• Understanding of basic DeFi primitives
• Knowledge and experience in Golang
• Demonstrable work with open source code (github etc.)
• Worked with cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience in code reviews, pair programming, setting development tasks, scopes, and on-time delivery
• Ability to read whitepapers
• Ability to write detailed yet readable specifications
