About the job

PractiTest is looking for a talented and enthusiastic senior level full-stack developer to join our amazing team! As a senior member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to further deepen your developing skills and help take our product to the next level.

Reports to: VP R&D

Responsibilities

• Be a senior member of a team of high-performing engineers, creating and operating end-to-end products and features from design to production.
• Be a mentor to more junior members of the team.
• Help to develop a healthy, collaborative engineering culture, in line with our values and taking an active part in shaping the future of our group alongside fellow engineers.
• Promote curiosity, continuous learning, and evaluate new technologies in the ongoing effort to maintain our leading position in the Industry and perfect our products.

Requirements

• 5+ years working on a large production environment with many types of services, databases, and components.
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, and/or full-stack. 
• Experience working with Clojure / Clojurescript - Must.
• Experience with Typescript (Node and Browser), Ruby
• Experience with AWS, K8s, Docker
• Microservices & Infrastructure - deep understanding
• Experience with operating SQL & NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4j, and ElasticSearch
• Architecture and Software Design experience
• Mentoring, Scrum
• Hands-on mentality
• Experience and knowledge in machine learning methods - Incredible Advantage
• Experience with Feature Flag-Driven Development
