About MANNA

MANNA – Recipes & Cooking is building a new home for food, recipes, and culinary creators.

Our platform turns food inspiration from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the web into recipes people can save, organize, discover, and cook. MANNA also includes personal recipe collections, menus, discovery features, and AI-powered cooking tools.

MANNA has an existing product and technology stack, and we are now expanding the core team to support the company’s next stage of growth.

The Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join MANNA’s growing development team and take meaningful ownership of the product’s continued development.

This is a hands-on, early-stage role working as part of the engineering team, in close collaboration with the founder and other team members across the mobile app, backend, APIs, data, infrastructure, and AI integrations.

You will help:

• Build and improve core product features
• Contribute to technical and architectural decisions
• Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability
• Develop across mobile and backend systems
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities
• Help shape the technical roadmap
• Establish strong engineering practices as the team grows

The product and backend already exist — this is not an MVP-from-scratch role.

Current Technology

• Flutter / Dart
• Supabase / PostgreSQL
• TypeScript / Deno Edge Functions
• APIs and third-party integrations
• Google Gemini and other AI services
• Android & iOS

Experience with the exact stack is helpful but not required. Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to work effectively with an existing product are more important.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on software development experience
• Experience building and maintaining production software
• Good technical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work across product, architecture, and implementation
• Experience with mobile, backend, or full-stack development
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and cloud services
• High ownership and comfort working in an early-stage environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a growing engineering team

Experience with consumer apps, AI, social products, recommendation systems, or startups is a plus.

Stage & Compensation

This is an early-stage, equity-based core-team role.

There is currently no salary attached to the position. Equity and vesting will be structured based on responsibility, commitment, experience, and long-term involvement.
