We are looking for an experienced IT manager to play a key role on our team. As an IT manager you will be fully accountable for the definition and implementation of IT processes to support the fast-paced growth of the company. You will maintain and improve the company’s infrastructure, network, and security, ensuring the proper function of IT in both Israeli and US hubs. You will also be responsible for leading our IT team and overseeing our systems administration and end-user support.

This is a hybrid position and reports to the CTO.

What you will be responsible for:

• Oversee all IT requests and day-to-day troubleshooting for both hardware and software, and make sure they are taken care of in a timely manner by the IT team.
• Manage IT equipment, stock, replacement and purchasing.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and subscriptions.
• Manage, train and provide direction to the IT team.
• Develop, plan, and implement IT systems, policies, and procedures.
• Assist the CTO in implementing security improvements.
• Align IT support with global team needs for rapid company growth while maintaining proactive planning and scaling best practices.
  
  

• 3+ Years of experience as an IT Manager in a SaaS startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability in leading an IT team, providing guidance, and supporting day-to-day operations.
• Familiarity and proficiency with Mac environments, including security configurations, tools, and best practices specific to MacOS systems.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

• In-depth familiarity with Jamf
• Experience setting up and managing Networks
• Hands-on experience in information security, with a solid understanding of security tools, procedures and policies designed to protect enterprise communications, systems, and assets from both internal and external threats.
• Experience in ensuring consistency and effectiveness of security measures in multi-site environments.
