UVeye is looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Manager.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Be responsible for all IT systems and infrastructure at all UVeye's facilities worldwide (production sites and offices).
• Manage global team members - be in charge of mentoring and training, establish a KPI system, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives
• Managing company applications while managing subcontractors such as Salesforce, BI/ERP systems, Google, Slack, and other organizational systems.
• Continuous security improvements of applications and information systems.
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT systems, policies, and procedures.
• Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes and ensure the security of data, networks, and backup systems.
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Establishing and supporting the organization's cloud-based applications and information systems and ensuring the right usage and best ROI.

Here’s what you need:

• 5+ years of experience as a global IT Manager from a global hi-tech company.
• 8+ years of experience in the System Admin/IT field.
• Experience in leading and managing IT projects/ IS projects.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in IT systems, Microsoft and Linux OSs, networking, and servers.
• Experience with organizational systems such as Google Workspace, BI, salesforce, priority etc.
• Proven experience in managing a fully cloud-based IT setup, including SaaS platforms for a variety of applications, organizational communication, data rooms, etc
• Excellent experience and knowledge of enterprise systems (MS 365 suite, cybersecurity solutions, networking and systems administration, Data storage systems).
• Excellent English.
• Good interpersonal skills and readiness to work in a challenging startup environment
• BS in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or similar field - Advantage
