Role Description:

• Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
• Diagnosing issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware.
• Defining users in AD and Azure, managing permissions and licenses
• Running software diagnostic tools and physically inspecting hardware systems.
• Providing basic computer training.
• Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1-2 year experience as Help Desk\IT.
• Experience in Microsoft systems, Office 365 and Exchange- An advantage.
• High-level communication skills.
