We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing Monetization department, that works at the core of Moon Active’s business, optimizing our game experience and driving revenue.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Monetization, Product Management, R&D, Technical Operations, Art and other teams to ensure the successful characterization, launch and implementations of key initiatives and processes in the department.
• Manage the scope and schedule the resources towards key initiatives.
• Ensure status, risks and open issues are tracked and addressed.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience as Business Operations/Project Manager in high-tech.
• Proven experience in leading End-to-End crossed teams projects.
• Proven experience in planning complex projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solver with the ability to articulate program issues and drive to resolution.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
