Operation Manager

FireArc owns, develops, and continually optimizes an intricate system of digital assets, contents, and infrastructures, all contributing to our digital advertising ecosystems.

Our products and digital content range from utility applications, habit-tracking mobile apps, and gaming apps, to native advertising ad tech. All our products and content coordinate together to create unique monetization solutions and advanced revenue streams for digital properties.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

• Manage new publishers’ approval process
• Technical integration and onboarding of new partners
• Monitoring and management of daily alerts
• Settings and maintenance of tags and price rules within a variety of digital platforms, updating data in the system
• Management of Ad Quality rules, investigation, and handling of emerging issues.
• Data driven and analytical
• Demo creation using our in-house demo tool
• Troubleshooting various ad-related issues
• Comprehend the technology, revenue ecosystem, and client
• Ads.txt understanding and management
• needs/requirements in order to intelligently optimize activity.
• Work closely with our Business developing, demand, and product to ensure that technical and campaign
• related issues are handled quickly and appropriately
• Deploy elaborate campaign setups using various tools through different platforms
  
  

• 2 years of experience in a Campaign Trafficker/AdOps role at an online media company, ad network
• A strong ability in analyzing large data sets, identifying patterns, and deriving
• actionable insights
• Ability to learn and adapt to a dynamic and changing work environment
• Experience with top SSPs platforms integrations: Amazon, Magnite, OpenX, PubMatic, etc...Google Ad Manager
• Experience with CRM and Monday
• Experience with JavaScript and pixel integrations.
• High level of English, verbal and written
• High-level of proficiency in Excel, Figma
• Team player who is dedicated to providing a consistently high level of service
• Familiarity and understanding of the current digital ecosystem
