VP Marketing

Morning is looking for a talented, passionate, and innovative VP Marketing to join us and lead our Marketing team.

This role reports directly to our CEO.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop a marketing strategy by setting goals and targets to support the company's KPI.
• Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets, while allocating resources appropriately.
• Lead and manage a powerful brand.
• Manage and lead and mentor a professional marketing team.
• Follow-up on the performance of the team based on data analysis.
• Lead and maintain relationships with external service providers including creative, advertisement and PR companies.
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on marketing leadership experience from a SaaS company.
• In-depth understanding of building and Implementation of work plans.
• Extensive knowledge in constructing and implementing B2C marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of the latest technology trends
• Experienced in building brand awareness and recognition.
• Creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition-driven ideas to inform decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
