Analytics Team Lead

We are seeking a Marketing Data Analytics Team Leader to join our company.

The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of business operations within the e-commerce and performance marketing domains, coupled with the technical prowess in data analytics to drive insights and decision-making.

This role is pivotal in bridging data-driven insights with strategic business initiatives across product, marketing, IT, development, and operational realms.

Responsibilities:

· Lead, manage, and mentor a team of data analysts to drive excellence in data analytics operations.

· Develop and implement data analytics strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring a cohesive approach across different organizational departments.

· Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.

· Design and manage comprehensive A/B testing frameworks to optimize the performance and user experience of our custom tools and overall platform.

· Analyze the company’s performance across various dimensions including product, marketing, IT, and operations to generate actionable insights for performance improvements.

· Deliver insights and recommendations to different departments and senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT and Development departments to implement models and optimize outcomes.

· Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures.

· Stay updated with leading-edge analytics techniques and technologies, adopting best practices in analytics and data visualization.

Requirements:

· Bachelors or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics or related field.

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

· Proven experience in B2C e-commerce within international companies is a must.

· Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and required experience with Tableau.

· Exceptional ability in developing and maintaining analytical models, algorithms, and reporting systems.

· Demonstrable experience with A/B testing frameworks and methodologies.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

· Economics knowledge is an advantage.

· Business-oriented with excellent time management skills and good interpersonal relations.
