Job Description

As a prominent leader within the Wix OS management team, the Head of Product plays a central role in steering the strategic direction and execution of our Wix platform. Leading a team of 6 product managers, this position is instrumental in defining the strategy and roadmap for Wix OS. What you’ll do:

Shape and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the vision of Wix OS, ensuring the rapid development and deployment of scalable and consistent products
Lead and mentor a dynamic team of six product managers within Wix OS, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Perform in-depth research and analysis specific to Wix OS to identify market trends, user needs, competitor weaknesses, and product opportunities
Develop and implement the product strategy for Wix Dev Center, creating a new scalable platform for external developers building applications in Wix
Drive initiatives that enhance the development experience for external developers and foster a vibrant ecosystem

Qualifications:

You have a minimum of 8 years product management experience, focused on platform development
You’ve a proven track record in leading and managing successful product teams in a tech-driven environment
You are proficient in strategic product planning and execution with the ability to build scalable product strategies
You have in-depth knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and user research methodologies
You’re an excellent communicator who is skilled at providing constructive feedback and mentorship
