Field Operations Technician

A Startup company that provides drone-based analytics services in the field of renewable energies is seeking a Field Operations Technician.

Job Description:

• Joining the Operations Team leading the company's activities at sites in Israel, Europe, and the United States.
• Guidance, training, and mentoring of new operations technicians.
• Integration and implementation of complex systems.
• Manufacturing, assembly, installation, inspection, packaging, shipping, and maintenance of mechanical and electronic structural components.
• Diagnosis, support, and resolution of Tier 1 and Tier 3 issues.
• Production of reports and ongoing monitoring of inventory, malfunctions, etc.

Requirements:

• Technician/ Mechanical Practical Engineer – an advantage.
• High technical aptitude and experience working with tools.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
• Experience in training/implementing systems and customer support.
• English proficiency (reading/writing/speaking) – mandatory.
• CAAI Drone Pilot license up to 25 kg – mandatory.
• U.S. visa – mandatory.
• Willingness to undertake extended business travel abroad.
