Senior Organizational consultant for program design

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and build leadership development programs and processes.
• Design and create theoretical frameworks, methods, and tools for leadership development.
• Research, synthesize, and stay ahead of new trends in leadership development.
• Create and write materials for leadership programs, including presentations and workbooks.
• Coordinate and manage projects end-to-end, liaising with various internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• M.A. in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Consultancy, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational consultancy.
• Native-level proficiency in English & Hebrew.
• Proven track record in designing successful training programs.
• Deep knowledge and experience in leadership development.
• Familiarity with various learning technologies and methodologies is a plus.
• Skills: Independent, proactive, creative, agile, analytical, integrative thinking, multitasking, conceptual thinking, detail-oriented, fast delivery, customer-service oriented, team player.
• Curiosity, passion for learning, strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Ability to research, integrate theoretical materials, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to produce high-level written content in both English & Hebrew.
